  • Thanksgiving weekend in Shreveport!

On Saturday morning, I left for Shreveport to see my Cheryl, Dave, Peggy and Brody!
It's been 10 months since I saw them last time. Brody (14 month old) has grown up so fast, and it was so fun to play with him.

    Helping Cheryl for Christmas tree.

    I'm decorating myself. hehehe

    Putting Ornaments,

woo, Cheryl.. Don't fall down, please! =)

    Yay, high five!

    This Christmas tree spins!

We were decorating when Brody was napping. He was so happy to see the Tree!

This is one of my favorite pictures of Brody. I like his eyes!

I'm ready to eat! Feed me!

yay, I'm comfortable sitting like this, grand ma!

I also like this picture and Brody's shoes!

Bordy was so tired of being taken pictures. Cheryl and Dave had to be funny to get attention from him.

    We all miss you, Liz!

Peggy and Cheryl... making sure if the pictures are perfect. hehehe

    group hugs....

    I'm leaving now.

Have a safe drive back to Missouri!

Before I left for Dallas. I hope to see them again next year before I leave U.S. for good.

Thank you again for letting me come over this weekend!!

  • Fall Festival in Wymberly Apartment!

We (RAs and MAs) hosted Fall Festival event for international students last night.
We provided apple caramel, snacks, rice crispy, apple cider, hot chocolate and some other stuff. We also did pumpkin carving, games, watched charlie brown video and Thriller dance.
Me, Chelsie and Deborah dressed up like piggies and Bernie, Nate dressed up like wolf. We all enjoyed playing, dressing costumes, and food!!

We prepared so much food. I had a caramel apple for the first time. I liked it!

    Face painting.
    Most Indians are very artistic.

Chelsie is giving an instruction to curve and to paint the pumpkin! I think most of them were first time to curve.

Me teaching Halloween dance. "Thriller" by Michael Jackson!
I think every one enjoyed the dance!

I lost my tail, but as you can see Deborah's, it was cute.

Cameron did a great job making his own costume!

  • Roommates Night

Every Saturday night, me and my roommates have dinner together.
We take turns to make dinner and Oct 3rd was Chelsie's turn to fix the dinner for us!
She provided salad pizza, garlic bread and pink Italian soda.

Nate brought a box from his apartment and he told Deborah to open. There were three silly strings in the box and Nate actually had a spray his pocket and then we started spraying each other. It was crazy!!!

we cleaned so hard on this day and we made mess on a same day!

  • Surprise Birthday!

After coming back from the restaurant, we started preparing for surprise party for Deborah. We wanted to say "Happy Birthday" to her at 12:00 a.m.
    Here are some group pictures!

  • Magic Time Machine

Being of Oct, it was Deborah's birthday.
We celebrated her birthday at Magic Time Machine restaurant.
We did not want Deborah to know where we were going and who were coming so we made her to wear eye blinder before we left our apartment. Then, we went to DBU to pick up a couple of her good friends secretary. hehehe
The restaurant we went to was very cool. All the waiters and waitresses dressed up like Disney like Snow White, Peter pan, pirates and etc...

    My face is evil.

Deborah's mom sent this tattoo from India.
